Mr Bowes explained my cataract procedure to me very clearly in layman's terms so I could understand fully what to expect on the day and what results I could expect to achieve. He completely put me at ease with his good sense of humour. I have now had both eyes operated on and the result is wonderful.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Mr. Bowes answered all my questions no matter how silly they were. Put paid to any fears I had around my op.
